Who can play

To play with us you must be 18 or over, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age of majority, and online gaming must not be prohibited where you are. Checking the rules where you live is your responsibility, and we can refuse access to anyone because of where they are located. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and play by anyone under age is void.

Your account

You may hold one account, in your own name. When you sign up you tell us your full name, your e-mail, your home address (a PO box is not accepted), your country, a phone number and your date of birth, and you keep these details up to date. Keep your password secret and never let anyone else use your account. If we cannot complete verification, payouts are suspended.

Fair use

Wagers are placed only through our casino software. Robot players, unapproved software, several browsers or any attempt to manipulate the games lead to cancelled wagers, forfeited winnings and a closed account. Funds credited to your account by mistake are not winnings and must be reported to us without delay.

Bonuses

Cashing out before a promotion's requirements are met, or playing no-risk or low-risk strategies to withdraw promotional money, can void winnings, with the original deposit refunded. Winnings from bonuses or tournaments without a cash deposit carry a cash-out cap.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payment methods must be in your own name. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. If you deposit by credit card you can withdraw with any method in the cashier, otherwise you withdraw with your deposit method where possible. Before your first withdrawal we may ask for documents, and we may ask where your funds come from. Chargebacks void winnings.
